Biztree Holdings
Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Effective April 26, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Biztree Holdings ("Biztree Holdings," "we," "us," or "our") handles information you provide when you use biztreeholdings.com.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through biztreeholdings.com (the “Site”), operated by Biztree Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation. It does not apply to information collected by any portfolio company, subsidiary, or affiliated venture, each of which may publish its own privacy policy. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to share, including:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your organization (optional)
  • The nature of your inquiry (investor, founder, partner, media, or general)
  • The contents of your message

Information collected automatically

The Site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel and our analytics providers may automatically log technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, the pages you request, your browser user-agent, the referring URL, and the date and time of your request. This information is used to operate, secure, and analyze the Site.

Cookies, analytics, and your choices

We use a small number of analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use the Site. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies.

  • Vercel Analytics — Vercel's first-party, cookieless analytics product. Captures aggregate visitor metrics (page views, country, browser) tied to the deployment. No cookies, no cross-site tracking. Loads on every page.
  • Google Analytics 4 — provides deeper visit-level analysis. This service sets first-party cookies in your browser and shares aggregated usage data with Google. It only loads after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner.

A consent banner appears on your first visit. You can choose “Accept” to enable Google Analytics or “Decline” to keep it disabled. Your choice is saved locally in your browser; clearing your browser's site data resets it. You can also disable cookies entirely in your browser settings, or use browser extensions that block analytics scripts.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • Evaluate potential investment, partnership, or founder opportunities;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Detect and prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Site hosting, content delivery, and serverless function execution (the routes that handle the contact and newsletter forms) are provided by Vercel (Vercel Inc.). Contact-form notifications are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.). Newsletter subscriptions are managed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.). Aggregate usage analytics are processed by Vercel Analytics (always on, cookieless) and — only with your consent — Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). Browser error reports are sent to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) so we can detect and fix bugs; Sentry receives the error message, browser/OS, page URL, and a stack trace, but no form contents and no cookies.
  • Affiliates. Within Biztree Holdings and our portfolio companies, where appropriate to evaluate or progress an inquiry you have initiated.
  • Legal and protective. When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Biztree Holdings, our affiliates, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential opportunities, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Vercel and our other service providers retain their respective infrastructure and analytics logs according to their standard retention practices and our operational needs.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data-protection laws — including the European Union's GDPR, the United Kingdom's UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), Canada's PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, and similar laws. These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form linked at the end of this policy. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

8. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than the country in which you reside, including in jurisdictions where Vercel and our other service providers operate infrastructure (primarily the United States and the European Union). By using the Site or contacting us, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in such jurisdictions, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be made prominent on the Site for a reasonable period.

11. Contact us

Questions about this Privacy Policy or our handling of your information can be sent through our contact form. Mark your inquiry as a privacy or data request and we will route it to the right person.
